Instructions
- 1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Brown the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- 3. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add chopped bell peppers and onions; sauté until tender and fragrant, about five minutes.
- 4. Mix It All Together: In your baking dish, combine browned sausage, sautéed vegetables, rice, diced tomatoes (with juice), garlic powder, and chicken broth. Stir until well mixed.
