Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (4-5 pound) Boneless Turkey Breast, thawed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Pat the boneless turkey breast dry with paper towels to promote browning.
- Rub olive oil all over the turkey breast. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful crust.
- Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth around it to keep the seasoning intact.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking to retain moisture.
- Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach at least 165°F (75°C). If not done, continue cooking until it reaches this temperature.
- Once cooked, transfer the turkey to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
