Description

Enjoy tender, juicy turkey breast infused with savory herbs and spices, making it the perfect centerpiece for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (4-5 pound) Boneless Turkey Breast, thawed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the boneless turkey breast dry with paper towels to promote browning.
  2. Rub olive oil all over the turkey breast. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful crust.
  3. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth around it to keep the seasoning intact.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking to retain moisture.
  5. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer; it should reach at least 165°F (75°C). If not done, continue cooking until it reaches this temperature.
  6. Once cooked, transfer the turkey to a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
