- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- ½ cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and granulated sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring gently until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
- After cooling, use a small knife or cupcake corer to remove a small section from each cupcake's center.
- Fill each cavity generously with raspberry jam.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing on low speed.
- Add milk and vanilla extract; continue mixing until fluffy and well combined.
- Pipe frosting over each cupcake using a star tip to create an enticing swirl.
