Description

A vibrant dish featuring tender zucchini sautéed with garlic and soy sauce, perfect as a side or main course for any meal.

  • 2 medium Fresh Zucchini (about 400g)
  • 3 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Trim the ends of the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds or half-moons for even cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  4. Add the sliced zucchini to the hot grill or skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over them and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving hot.
