- 3 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Trim the ends of the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds or half-moons for even cooking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the hot grill or skillet. Pour the prepared sauce over them and toss to coat evenly.
- Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Transfer to plates and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving hot.
