Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Arrange them in the baking dish.
- Slice the zucchini, bell peppers, and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
