- 2 tbsp smoked paprika

- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 lbs baby back ribs
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 350°F or 175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
- Generously coat both sides of the ribs with the dry rub mixture. Massage it into the meat and let sit at room temperature while prepping the grill.
- Place seasoned ribs bone side down on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about two hours without peeking.
- After two hours, wrap ribs in aluminum foil to retain moisture. Cook for another hour on indirect heat.
- Unwrap ribs and give them a final sear over direct heat for about five minutes per side. Serve hot with your favorite barbecue sauce if desired.
