Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools—large skillet, spatula, and measuring cups. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper. Add them to the hot skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once browned, add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
