Description
Delight in these easy-to-make turkey and cranberry quesadillas, featuring crispy tortillas filled with tender turkey, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and gooey melted cheese. Perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (preferably with whole berries)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of cranberry sauce in the center, then sprinkle shredded turkey and cheese on top. Add chopped green onions for extra flavor.
- Carefully fold the tortilla in half to encase the filling. Place it in the heated skillet and cook until golden brown—about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat once both sides are browned and the cheese is melted. Let it rest for a minute before slicing into wedges.
- Serve warm with additional cranberry sauce or sour cream for dipping.
