- 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté fresh spinach until wilted (about 3-5 minutes). Drain moisture by squeezing it in a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained spinach, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Thaw puff pastry sheets and roll out on a floured surface. Cut into squares (approximately 3×3 inches).
- Place about one tablespoon of filling in the center of each pastry square. Fold opposite corners to create triangles and press edges firmly to seal.
- Place puffs on the prepared baking sheet and brush tops lightly with an egg wash (whisk one egg with water). Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
