Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, and toasted pine nuts. Mix until just combined.
