  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, and toasted pine nuts. Mix until just combined.
