Smoky Paprika Chicken Alfredo with Lemon Feta Whip & Charred Green Beans is a creamy, flavorful dish that combines tender chicken, zesty feta, and vibrant green beans—ideal for any occasion.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp smoky paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and smoky paprika.
  3. Place seasoned chicken breasts in the baking dish and roast for about 25-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until melted and creamy. Season with additional paprika if desired.
  5. Blend crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth using a food processor or fork.
  6. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add extra virgin olive oil and fresh green beans. Sauté until bright green and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with salt.
  7. To serve, slice the roasted chicken on top of fettuccine drizzled with Alfredo sauce. Add a dollop of lemon feta whip and serve alongside charred green beans.
