- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, and smoky paprika.
- Place seasoned chicken breasts in the baking dish and roast for about 25-30 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until melted and creamy. Season with additional paprika if desired.
- Blend crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth using a food processor or fork.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add extra virgin olive oil and fresh green beans. Sauté until bright green and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with salt.
- To serve, slice the roasted chicken on top of fettuccine drizzled with Alfredo sauce. Add a dollop of lemon feta whip and serve alongside charred green beans.
