Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
