- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust for heat preference)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- In another bowl, mix honey, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined. Drizzle half of this sauce over the meatballs.
- Add broccoli florets around the meatballs on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Remove from oven and drizzle remaining sauce over meatballs. Gently toss to coat everything evenly before serving.
