Description

Indulge in sweet and spicy honey sriracha meatballs paired with crunchy broccoli, all roasted to perfection on a single sheet pan for an easy, delightful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, mix honey, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined. Drizzle half of this sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Add broccoli florets around the meatballs on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle remaining sauce over meatballs. Gently toss to coat everything evenly before serving.
