Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle half of the glaze over each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Halfway through baking, remove the salmon and brush with additional glaze. Return to oven to finish cooking.
- Transfer cooked salmon to plates and drizzle remaining glaze over each serving for added flavor.
