  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 4 salmon fillets (approximately 6 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary until well combined.
