Description

Savor this easy-to-make Meatball Parmesan—a delightful blend of juicy meatballs, rich marinara sauce, and gooey cheese that warms you from the inside out.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined to avoid tough meatballs.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Once baked, transfer meatballs to an oven-safe dish and generously pour marinara sauce over them.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Broil on high for about 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
