  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Arrange the bacon on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
  4. In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
