Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Arrange the bacon on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard.
- On the same baking sheet, add Brussels sprouts and crumbled bacon. Drizzle with the maple-Dijon sauce and toss to coat.
- Roast in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized.
