- 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
- 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix and instant chocolate pudding mix. Stir until well blended.
- Pour in the milk and melted butter. Mix until combined, leaving some lumps for texture.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top, then pour in the remaining batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm but center is still slightly gooey.
- Allow to cool for about ten minutes before serving. Scoop into bowls, optionally topping with whipped cream.
