- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then add shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place about a tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Place filled bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
