Description

Savor the delicious blend of crispy dough and savory filling with Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs—perfect for game day or cozy family nights!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then add shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Remove from heat.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Place about a tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Fold and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  6. Place filled bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
