  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Place the boneless turkey breast in a baking dish. Rub the marinade all over the turkey to ensure even coverage. Allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
