Ingredients
Scale
- 1 boneless turkey breast (3–4 pounds)
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Place the boneless turkey breast in a baking dish. Rub the marinade all over the turkey to ensure even coverage. Allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Roast the seasoned turkey in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Optionally baste with leftover marinade halfway through roasting.
- After removing from the oven, let the turkey rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
- Slice against the grain and serve on a platter with drizzled pan juices for added flavor.
