Instructions
- Rinse the quinoa under cold water in a fine-mesh strainer to remove bitterness.
- In a saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa with vegetable broth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it rest with the lid on for 5 minutes.
