Description

This hearty Deep Hamburger Sausage & Pepperoni Pie, layered with savory meats and gooey cheese, is the ultimate comfort food perfect for family gatherings or cozy nights in.

  • 1 pre-made deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 8 oz thick-cut pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the deep-dish pie crust in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and fragrant, about five minutes.
  5. Layer half of the meat mixture on top of the prepared pie crust, followed by half of the pepperoni, sautéed veggies, and half of the shredded cheese.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. For an extra crispy top, broil for an additional minute at the end.
