Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 medium Yellow Onions
  • 4 cups Beef Broth (low-sodium preferred)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 23 cloves Garlic (minced)

  4. Combine in the Crockpot: Transfer the caramelized onions to your crockpot. Pour in beef broth and stir to combine.
  5. Cook the Soup: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
