Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites deliver a delightful crunch paired with a zesty sauce, making them the perfect appetizer or main dish for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with paprika.
  3. Cut salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Dip each piece in flour, shaking off excess, then in egg wash, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place coated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. In a small bowl, mix Sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and honey until smooth and creamy.
  8. Adjust seasoning to taste.
