Description

Experience a burst of flavor with these Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites, perfectly cooked salmon coated in a crunchy exterior and drizzled with a spicy, creamy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about one inch each.
  3. Set up your breading station: In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper; in another bowl, beat the eggs; and in a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each salmon piece first into the flour mixture, then into the egg wash, and finally coat generously with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together sriracha sauce, mayonnaise, and lime juice until smooth. Adjust spice levels to your preference.
  7. Serve the baked salmon bites hot, drizzled with creamy bang bang sauce for an irresistible appetizer or main dish.
