Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir until mixed and simmer for about five minutes until slightly thickened.
