Description

Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread Bites are a deliciously gooey treat featuring melted brie and sweet-tart cranberries, all encased in warm, soft bread. Perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round loaf fresh bakery bread (sourdough or French)
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the Bread: Slice the fresh bakery bread into small cubes without cutting all the way through. Place it in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Add the Brie: Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and tuck them into the pockets of the bread.
  4. Pour on the Cranberry Sauce: Spoon generous dollops of cranberry sauce over and between the bread chunks.
  5. Season with Rosemary: Sprinkle chopped fresh rosemary evenly over the top.
  6. Brush with Butter: Brush melted butter over the assembled bites for a golden crust.
  7. Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve: Serve warm, optionally drizzling extra cranberry sauce on top before enjoying.
