- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls (about two inches in diameter). Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs bake, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir occasionally until heated through.
- Once the meatballs are ready, toss them in the sauce until fully coated.
- Serve warm on plates or directly from the pan.
