Description

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  3. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls (about two inches in diameter). Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While the meatballs bake, combine cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
