- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbsp balsamic glaze

- Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the Chicken: Place seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Assemble Ingredients: While the chicken rests, slice avocados in half and remove pits. Halve cherry tomatoes and tear basil leaves into smaller pieces.
- Layer It Up: On a serving platter, layer sliced grilled chicken, followed by mozzarella balls, avocado slices, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze: Just before serving, drizzle balsamic glaze over the layered ingredients for added flavor.
