Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, fresh blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Mash gently until blended but still slightly chunky.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Carefully place each egg roll into the hot oil; do not overcrowd. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
