Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, fresh blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon. Mash gently until blended but still slightly chunky.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place each egg roll into the hot oil; do not overcrowd. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and accompanied by whipped cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
