Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just incorporated to avoid overmixing.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of dough into each muffin cavity.
- Place about one teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each dough-filled muffin cup. Optionally, top with more dough if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges but still soft in the center. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
