Description

Savor the rich flavors of this Creamy Spicy Garlic Butter Steak and Pasta, featuring tender steak and a luscious sauce that transforms any dinner into a gourmet experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced thinly against the grain
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add sliced steak and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and add red pepper flakes. Stir and allow to simmer until slightly thickened. If too thick, use reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
  5. Return cooked pasta and seared steak to the skillet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
  6. Plate your creamy creation and garnish with additional cheese or fresh herbs if desired.
