Description

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3040 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Spread shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over half of the pastry sheet.
