Instructions
- Use an air popper or stovetop to pop the popcorn kernels until you have about 8 cups. Spread the popped corn onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
