Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cupcake tin by lining it with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Fold in rainbow sprinkles gently.
  6. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter and bake for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
