Description

Enjoy a flavor-packed experience with these Thai Peanut Chicken Wraps, featuring tender chicken, vibrant veggies, and a creamy peanut sauce that’s sure to impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas or lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Water (to adjust consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken breasts with soy sauce and garlic powder for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil. Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from heat and let cool before slicing.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, and enough water until you achieve a smooth, pourable consistency.
  4. Lay out tortillas or lettuce leaves. Layer sliced chicken and fresh vegetables. Drizzle with peanut sauce and roll tightly.
  5. Plate wraps and serve with remaining peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
  6. Gather friends or family to savor these delicious wraps together!
