Description

Savor the delicious blend of sweet miso-glazed salmon and nutty sesame broccoli, all cooked on a single sheet pan for an effortless yet impressive meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 skin-on salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 3 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and water until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on one side of the prepared sheet pan and generously brush each with the miso glaze.
  4. On the other side of the sheet pan, add fresh broccoli florets.
  5. Drizzle broccoli with sesame oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and broccoli is vibrant green yet still crunchy.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over both salmon and broccoli before serving.
