- 4 skin-on salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 3 tbsp white or yellow miso paste
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, and water until smooth.
- Place salmon fillets on one side of the prepared sheet pan and generously brush each with the miso glaze.
- On the other side of the sheet pan, add fresh broccoli florets.
- Drizzle broccoli with sesame oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and broccoli is vibrant green yet still crunchy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over both salmon and broccoli before serving.
