Description

Delight your guests with these tender, slow-cooked pulled pork sliders, perfectly paired with soft buns and an array of tasty toppings for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 2 cups coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the boneless pork shoulder and rinse under cold water.
  2. Pat dry with paper towels and rub generously with paprika, garlic powder, and brown sugar.
  3. Place the seasoned pork shoulder in the crockpot. Pour in BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Cover and set to low heat for about 8 hours or high heat for 4 hours until tender.
  5. Remove cooked pork from the crockpot and shred using two forks. Mix back into remaining sauce.
  6. Assemble sliders by spooning pulled pork onto each slider bun. Top with coleslaw if desired.
