Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated squash, flour, eggs, green onions, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form small patties (about three inches wide) from the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
