Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about five minutes.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C), shaking halfway through.
  5. After cooking chicken for 10 minutes, add broccoli florets to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional five minutes until tender yet crispy.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Drizzle over cooked chicken bites and broccoli before serving.
