- 2 tsp olive oil

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about five minutes.
- Place seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C), shaking halfway through.
- After cooking chicken for 10 minutes, add broccoli florets to the air fryer basket and cook for an additional five minutes until tender yet crispy.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey. Drizzle over cooked chicken bites and broccoli before serving.
