- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- 1. Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- 2. Scatter minced garlic over the chicken and pour in heavy cream.
- 3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- 4. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
- 5. Once cooked, drain pasta and set aside.
- 6. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using two forks.
- 7. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker along with cooked fettuccine and grated parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined.
