- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts by cutting off the ends and halving them. Peel and chop the butternut squash into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts and butternut squash. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Cajun seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the sliced Cajun sausage over the vegetable mixture on the baking sheet.
- Place in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes. Stir halfway through to ensure even cooking.
