- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts at one end of the baking dish and arrange the asparagus next to them. Drizzle the lemon-garlic marinade over everything.
