- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Season both sides of the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice.
